Hilti's HR Summer Internship offers students pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields the chance to gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects alongside HR professionals. Interns receive exposure to all management levels, participate in training and leadership meetings, and develop skills in a supportive, diverse environment. The full-time, paid internship runs from June to July 2026, with potential for full-time employment after graduation.
