Olsson is a purpose-driven, employee-owned engineering and design firm focused on improving communities through sustainable, innovative projects. They offer a 2026 summer internship in mechanical or architectural engineering, providing hands-on experience with large data center projects, including equipment sizing, system optimization, and HVAC design using Revit. Interns can work from Fort Worth, TX; North Kansas City, MO; or Omaha, NE. Olsson values collaboration, ownership, and community impact, and supports diversity and inclusion.
